Our Workshop gives you the opportunity to work with your hands to prepare the class recipes. Working closely with an instructor and using the finest professional appliances, cookware and cutlery, you and a small group of classmates will learn valuable techniques.
The class concludes with a review of the techniques with the instructor, a tasting of the recipes and product you made in class to take home.
Workshops are limited to 16 students unless otherwise noted.
Personal recipes packets are provided for students to take home.
