Join Chef Neal Plazio for a hands-on tour of stuffed doughs from four different culinary traditions. You'll make and fill a German bieroc, an Indian samosa, a Cuban pastelito, and a Colombian empanada -- each with its own dough style and flavor profile.
- Bierocks -- yeast dough filled with ground beef, onion, cabbage and cheese
- Samosas -- curried potato and peas in a simple pastry dough
- Pastelitos -- puff pastry with shredded chicken, tomato and raisins
- Empanadas -- masa dough filled with pork, onion, tomato and potato
